Cancellation & Refund Policy

1 . Digital Goods (ebooks, templates, courses)

• 14-day cooling-off: You may request a refund within 14 calendar days provided you have not downloaded, accessed, or viewed more than 10 % of the material. Access logs will determine usage.
• Once content is substantially accessed or downloaded, refunds are not available.

2 . Copywriting & Consulting Services

You may pause or reschedule once without fee if requested ≥ 7 days before the next scheduled milestone.

3 . How to Cancel / Request Refund

Email hello@ambikabhan.com with subject line “Refund Request – [Order #].” Include proof of purchase and reason. We process eligible refunds within 10 business days to the original payment method. International bank fees are outside our control.

4 . Non-Refundable Items

• Custom copywriting already delivered.
• Digital downloads or course modules already accessed.
• Third-party tools, ads spend, or domain fees incurred on your behalf.

5 . Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first following the above steps violates these Terms. We reserve the right to terminate access and pursue amounts owed plus reasonable recovery costs.
