(“Terms of Service”)

1 . Who we are

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ambikabhan.com and all pages under that domain (the “Site”) operated by Oneness Copy Co (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

2 . Acceptance

By accessing the Site, purchasing a digital product, or engaging our copywriting services you agree to these Terms and to our Cancellation & Refund Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Privacy Notice (collectively, the “Agreements”).

3 . Products & Services

We sell:

  • Digital Products – ebooks, templates, scorecards, courses and other downloads or portal-based content (“Digital Goods”).
  • Services – one-off, retainer, or performance-based copywriting and strategy engagements (“Services”). No physical goods are shipped.

Digital Goods may be (i) instant downloads, (ii) lifetime-access content, or (iii) gated content available for 12 months from the date of purchase. After expiry, continued access may require a new purchase.

4 . Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws of India. If local law requires you to be older than 18 for online purchases, you must meet that age.

5 . Pricing, Currency & Tax

Prices are listed in USD by default and may be shown in GBP, AUD, EUR, CAD or INR for convenience. We accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, and Wise.

Indian GST, EU VAT, or other sales taxes are collected where legally required and remitted by us under GSTIN <GSTIN here>.

6 . Payment Plans & Deposits

For Services we may invoice a split payment (e.g., 50 % deposit + 50 % on completion) or milestone-based instalments. Late payments incur 1.5 % interest per month (or the maximum allowed by law).

7 . Delivery of Digital Goods

Download links or portal credentials are delivered automatically to the email address on file or via the checkout confirmation screen. If you do not receive access within 30 minutes, contact us.

8 . Intellectual Property

All content we provide—copy, frameworks, training, templates, videos, PDFs—remains our copyrighted material. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use.

You may not distribute, resell, or claim authorship of our materials. Students may not share course log-ins or materials with non-purchasers.

9 . User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) attempt to reverse-engineer the Site; (b) upload malicious code; (c) infringe our IP; (d) harvest data; or (e) violate applicable laws.

10 . Cancellation & Refunds

The rules in our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy form part of these Terms.

11 . Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide the Site, Digital Goods, and Services “as-is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement). We make no express guarantee of results.

12 . Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is capped at the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

13 . Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

14 . Dispute Resolution

  1. Negotiation: Contact us first at hello@ambikabhan.com; we aim to resolve in good faith within 30 days.
  2. Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes are referred to binding arbitration in Delhi under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Each party pays its own costs; arbitrator’s fees are split equally.
  3. Court Relief: Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in courts of Delhi.

15 . Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Effective date.” Continued use after changes means acceptance.
